Valencia
Valencia is a city on a human scale: you get around by bike, the old Turia riverbed crosses it as one long park and the beach is fifteen minutes from the centre. It is the Spanish city whose international appeal has grown most in recent years.
It mixes lively historic districts, calm family neighbourhoods and strong rental demand from students and professionals. We help you choose the area that fits how you want to live or invest.
Areas we know well
Ruzafa
The fashionable district: market, cafés and modernist buildings with high ceilings.
El Carmen
The historic heart, with narrow streets, squares and old buildings to restore.
El Cabanyal and La Malvarrosa
Tiled-façade houses by the beach, in an area that is changing fast.
Eixample (Pla del Remei)
Elegant avenues and large flats next to the Turia Gardens.
Benimaclet
A village and student feel, with strong rental demand.

Is Valencia good for buying to let long term?
Yes. Rental demand from students, professionals and expats is steady, especially in areas well connected to the centre and the university.
Can I let it as a holiday rental?
Valencia has tightened its rules considerably and halted new licences in much of the city. If yield is your goal, we usually recommend medium or long-term letting.
