Málaga
In just a few years Málaga has gone from a gateway city to a destination in its own right: museums, a pedestrian old town, city beaches and a tech hub that draws professionals from all over Europe.
It is one of the most sought-after cities in Spain, both to buy and to rent. We help you find real opportunities before they reach the portals and judge each neighbourhood properly.

Why is demand so high in Málaga?
Climate, connections (airport and high-speed rail), tech jobs and culture. Demand outstrips supply in the centre and on the seafront, so it pays to move quickly.
Can I let it as a holiday rental?
Málaga has limited new tourist flats in many neighbourhoods, and since April 2025 the owners’ community must approve. Before you buy, we check what is allowed in that street and that building.
