Madrid
Madrid is Spain’s most dynamic property market: jobs, universities, connections to the whole world and a cultural life that never stops. It is a city to live in all year round and one of the most liquid investments in the country.
We work mainly with homes to live in and with furnished rooms and flats for professionals and students arriving in the city. We help you understand each neighbourhood beyond the price per square metre.
Areas we know well
Salamanca
Elegant streets, luxury shopping and classic buildings with a concierge.
Chamberí
Traditional and refined, highly valued by families and professionals.
Malasaña and Chueca
Young, cultural and lively, right in the centre.
Retiro
Next to the park, quiet, with large bright flats.

Buying in Madrid: taxes

Is Madrid good for medium-term lets?
Yes. Every year Madrid receives thousands of professionals, master’s students and relocated workers looking for furnished flats for a few months, with a clear contract.
Can I let it as a holiday rental?
New tourist flats are heavily restricted in the historic centre and, since April 2025, the owners’ community must also approve. We confirm it before you buy.
