Alicante

Alicante combines a city beach, more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an airport with direct flights to much of Europe. That is why it is a favourite with buyers from northern Europe, both to live in and for long stays.

We work directly with owners in the centre and along the coast: flats to renovate in the old town, sea-view homes in San Juan and rooms for students and professionals near the university.

ITP 9 %

Questions about Alicante

Is Alicante a good place to buy as a non-resident?

Yes. Alicante has one of the most established international communities in Spain, services in several languages and direct flights to the main European capitals.

Can I let it as a holiday rental?

It depends on the building and the area. Since April 2025 you need the approval of three fifths of the owners’ community, and the city has restricted new licences. We check before you buy.
